Your Week

What a typical week looks like.

1-2 hours per week, broken into three activities. We provide templates and assets for everything.

Content creation (30-45 min) — Create 1-2 posts using our templates and AI analysis assets. Add your personality, post to your platforms.

Community engagement (20-30 min) — Welcome new members in Discord. Respond to posts and questions. Share progress stories.

Social sharing (10-15 min) — Share leaderboard screenshots, member milestones, and community highlights on social. Keep your invite code visible.

Weekly Rhythm

Monday — Post leaderboard update → Wednesday — Share a hand analysis or community highlight → Friday — Announce weekend challenge or table session → Ongoing — Engage in Discord when convenient

Getting Started

Your first 7 days.

Here's the condensed launch plan. We'll support you at every step.

Day 1-2
Set up your community
Approve branding (name, bio, images). Set your community subscription price. We build your branded page and configure your invite code.
Day 3-4
Prepare your launch content
Review our content template pack. Plan your first 3 posts. Set up your Discord channel for community members. Add invite code to all social bios.
Day 5-7
Launch to your audience
Post 2-3 launch content pieces across your platforms. Welcome first members in Discord. Share community wins on social (even small ones — "first 10 members!").
Week 2+
Build momentum
Continue 2-3 posts/week cadence. Run first community interaction (challenge, poll, or AMA). Share leaderboard updates on social. Engage with member posts in Discord.

Nicole will guide you through each step. Your Growth Playbook has channel-by-channel tactics and ready-to-use templates.

What if I don't have time some weeks?
The community features (tables, leaderboard, AI coaching) run without you. Skip a week if you need to. Consistency helps growth, but missing a week won't break anything.
What do my members need to do?
Click your invite link, create an account, subscribe, and start playing. Everything else (drills, analysis, AI coaching, leaderboard) is built into the product.
Can I leave if it doesn't work out?
During the 30-day pilot: exit anytime, no penalty. After the pilot: 90 days written notice. Your members keep their QuintAce subscriptions. No hard feelings.
